There are numerous 2 hour parking spaces along Elizabeth Street, or alternatively the Melville Street car park is a 10 min walk from the salon.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will receive a confirmation text two days before your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service.

If you cancel on the day or are a ‘no show’ then you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.

Every great colour starts with a thorough consultation. Before your first colour appointment with us, we take the time to talk through your hair goals, inspiration photos, lifestyle, maintenance level, and your hair's current condition.

This initial appointment is a free service and takes around 15 minutes and is required before we can book your dream colour appointment!

This varies depending on the time of year but we recommend that you rebook with every appointment to avoid missing out on your preferred stylist.

However we understand that schedules can change and we advise to book 2-3+ weeks in advance.

We do however have a waitlist. Which we can add you to and will contact you if an appointment becomes available.
